s T. JOHN’S CHURCH, NiPI EE MEMBERS of the CHURCH OF ENGLAND are informed that Contributions towards the expense of Enlarging ST. JOHN’S CHURCH may be made through the Churchwardens, H. S. Tiffen and John Wilkinson, —-the "Vestrymen, Messrs. Carver, Janisch, and Faulkner, —or either of the local Banks. The Contract is now completed, and about £IOO will be required to meet the balance not provided for. "VTOTICE.—Any persons' having demands on -Ly William Fannin, jun., of Waikokopu, will please send in particulars of same to me, at the Curragh, Ruatauiwha Plains, 1 having been duly authorised by the above-named William Fannin junr., to arrange his affairs. I take this opportunity of stating that many persons having supposed from I and my brother acting jointly as my Father’s agent during his absence in England that we were in partnership, that there was and is no partnership existing between myself and the aforesaid William Fannin, junior.
