It contains the latest Commercial, Shipping, Local, and General News, the state of the Markets, and all other important intelligence. Advertisers will, therefore, find the Hawke’s Bay Times a desirable medium for making their wants known to the public, and the commercial portion of the community will find it advantageous in giving notice of Merchandise, Produce, Stock, &c., for sale. The Terms of Advertising in the Hawke’s Bay Times are—One Shilling per every half inch or under for the first insertion ; and for each subsequent one, half price. Advertisements shoidd be left at the office, on the Spit, not later than 6 o’clock on the evenings of Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday; and at the Town Agent’s not later than 5 p.m. Orders for withdrawal or alteration of advertisements not later than noon, to ensure attention. All advertisements should state the number of times they are to be inserted.
