No person, who is not a Subscriber to the amount of two guineas, shall be allowed to enter a horse. Jockeys riding in any other colors than those named at time of entry, or wilfully making a false start, will be fined one guinea, to be paid before the horse starts. The first race each day to start at twelve o’clock precisely. The bell to be rung a quarter of an hour before each race. Races to be run under the rules of the Newmarket Club. Three horses to start in each race, or no public money will be given. Second horse to save his stakes in each race except the Consolation.
