To ills Honor the Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay,— THE undersigned Settlers of Hawke’s Bay respectfully submit to your Honor this expediency of calling a Public Meeting for tbe purpose of eliciting the general opinion of the Inhabitants of this Province with regard to the Auckland agitation for the dismemberment of the Northern Island of New Zealand.
