Proclamation. Bj Donald M'Leak Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of Hew Zealand. I DONALD M'LEAN, Superintendent of the 5 Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that at noon on Satubdat, the 4th March, 1865, the Commissioner of Crown Lands will offer to public competition under the provisions of the Land Regulations now in force in this province, rural sections in the village of Wallingford, Eparaima, that are referred to in the Schedule hereunto annexed, and at the upset price mentioned therein. St. John’s Church, Napier. Members of the church of England are informed that Contributions towards the expense of Enlarging ST. JOHN’S CHURCH may be made through the Churchwardens, H. S. Tifien and John Wilkinson, the Vestrymen, Messrs. Carver, Janisch, and Faulkner, —or either of the local Banks. A sum of about £250, in addition to the fund in hand and subscriptions in following list, will be required to meet the estimated outlay.
