IN CONSEQUENCE of the recently imposed Postage tax on Newspapers transmitted by Mail, the Proprietor of THE- HAWKE’S BAY TIMES has determined on publishing A WEEKLY EDITION FOB COUNTRY CIRCULATION. This Edition will be published in time for transmission by the inland mails, and will contain the original correspondence, commercial and general intelligence, tp the hour of going to press, and the advertisements of the ordinary edition. Terms, including postage:—7s. 6d. per quarter in advance. No. 1 will be published in time for the first inland mail in February. Orders forwarded to the Times office will be punctually attended to. WANTED, —A smart, active YOUTH to assist a Shepherd on an outstation on or before February Ist. Apply to Messrs. CHAPMAN & SYNNOTT, Glendalough Station, Te Aute. Glendalough, January 20th; 1865.
