NOTICE.. ’ THE Claims of Persons duly qualified, desirous of having their names placed on the Electoral Rolls of either of the above districts, or desirous of having any editions to, or alterations in the statement of their qualifications on the said Rolls, will be received at the Registration Officer’s Office, Napier, during the months of January, February, and March. * JOHN CURLING-, Registration Officer. Napier, January 6, 1865. Notice. NOTICE is hereby given, that by deed dated 14th January, 1865, John Slater, of Napier, Tailor, assigned all his real aud personal estate to J. M. Stuart, of Napier, Merchant, and W. R. Robinson, of Napier, Draper, for the benefit of his creditors. The deed was executed by the above parties in the presence of G. Edmund Lee, Solicitor, Napier. The deed now lies at the premises of Messrs Robinsen and Co., Hastingstreet, for execution by the creditors. With reference to the above, a Meeting of Mr Slater s Creditors will be held at Messrs Robinson and Co.’s premises, on Tuesday, 17th inst., at 10 o’clock forenoon. J. M. STUART, W. R. ROBINSON.
