Township of Abbotsford, Waipawa. WEDNESDAY 18th JANUARY 1865, at Noon. GREAT LAND SALE. Mr. Vautier Janisch has received instructions from F. S. ABBOTT, Esq., to sell hy Auction as above ;— 1 O VALUABLE SECTIONS of i-acre each, JL AJ situated in the centre of the township and having a frontage to the Main Trunk Road to the interior at the junction of the Te Aute and Middle roads. These Sections are the most valuable in the Township, were reserved for the homestead of the proprietor, and the DWELLING-HOUSE and BUTCHERS’ SHOP erected on two of them will be sold at the same time. The good-will of the Butcher's premises will be disposed of with the property. Also, the lease, at a very moderate rental, of two Paddocks adjacent thereto, containing about 8 acres each. The present line of fence fronting the Main road will be removed to the roar of the Sections, by the proprietor, leaving an open frontage to the road directly opposite the Abbotsford Hotel and the stores of Mr. Rathbone. If sufficient inducement offers, the proprietor will put up at the Sale several other Sections in this thriving Township. Full particulars and conditions of sale may be seen at the Auction Mart, with plans of the property.
