NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS. THE HAWKE’S BAY TIMES is published every Monday, Wednesday, and Kkmjay. It contains the latest Commercial, Shipping, Local, and General News, the state of the Markets, and all other important intelligence. Advertisers will, therefore, find the Hawke’s Bay Times a desirable medium for making their wants known to the public, and the commercial portion of the community will find it advantageous in giving notice of Merchandise, Produce, Stock, &c., for sale. The Terms of Advertising in the Hawke's Bay Times are—One Shilling per half inch or under for the first insertion ; and for each subsequent one, half price. Advertisements should be left at the office not later than 6 o’clock p.m. on the evenings before publication, and should state the number of tunes they are to be inserted. Advertisements not containing this no- ' tification will be continued and charged for until countermanded. Orders for the withdrawal oi advertisements should be sent not later than the noon before publication, to ensure attention in the next issue. Terms of Subscription :—Six shillings and sixpence per quarter, payable in advance; single copy, threepence. Intending Subscribers should leave t.ieir names at the Office, Eastern Spit, or at Mr. H. L. Yates’s, Hastings-street, in order to ensure copies being delivered.
