NOTICE is hereby given that by a Deed dated the thirty-first day of December one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four and made bet ween William Denholm of Napier Storekeeper of the first part Alexander Irvine and Michael Browne both of Napier Merchants of the second part, and the several persons whose names and seals are thereunto affixed being creditors of the said William Denholm of the third part the said William Denholm did convey and assure all his real and personal estate (excepting all the wearing apparel of him the said William Denholm and Ids family) upon trust for the equal benefit of all the creditors of him the said William Denholm who should execute the said deed within three calendar months next after the date hereof Notice is further given that the said deed was executed by the said William Denholm Alexander Irvine and Michael Browne on the thirty first day of December instant and the execution thereof by all the said parties was attested by John Nathaniel Wilson Solicitor and Charles Allen his clerk the said deed lies at the office ox the undersigned fer execution by the creditors of the said William Denholm.
