NOTICE is-hereby given that by a Deed dated tne thirty-first day ot December one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four and made between William Denholm of Napier Storekeeper of the first part Alexander Irvine and Michael Browne both ot Napier Merchants el the second part and the several persons wiiosc names and seals are thereunto allixed being creditors of (he said William Denholm of the third part the said William Denholm did convey and assure all his real and personal estate (excepting ali the wearing apparel of him the said William Denholm and las family) upon trust lor the equal benefit of all the creditors ol him the said \\ illiam Denholm who should execute the said deed within three calendar months next after the date hereof Notice is fur ther given that the said deed was executed by the said William Denholm Alexander Irvine and Michael Browne on the thirty first day of December instant and the execution thereof by ali the said parties was attested by John Nathaniel Wilson Solicitor and Charles Allen his clerk the said deed lies at tne otiice ol tiic undersigned execution by the creditors of the said William Denholm.
