AUCKLAND. LIVE STOCK MARKET.—Week ending Dkceiiber 2. Mlt. BUCKLAXU’d ItEPOET. At the Haymarket on Saturday there was a full supply of horse stock; a few large and choice draught animals sold a full rates, bringing from £63 to £lB, but medium-sized horses wore difficult of sale, and many were withdrawn. In riding stock there was no alteration in price from last week. The spring carts brought from £lB to £26 each. Stove cattle have offered more plentifully, and have found buyers, but with no improvement in price. Dairy cows were lower. Fat cattle were of prime quality and in full supply, and sold at rather higher rales. A good supply of fat sheep maintained their place. Lambs were higher than last week. Store sheep are in good demand. The cargo of merino wethers, ex 'Beautiful Star, brought 225. and 225. 6d. each, and 170 half-bred weaned lambs, mixed sexes, 18s. each. Pigs were plentiful and dull of sale.
