" CRICKET. Separation Holidays. IT is proposed to have a game of Cricket on the Ist November. Those who would like to play must be on the ground in Clive Square at 9 - 30 a.m., when the eleven on each side will be chosen. Wickets to be pitched at 10 a.m. JOHN CURLING, President Hawke’s Bay Cricket Club. On the 2nd there will be prizes given for the successful competitors in the Rural Sports, to consist of running, jumping, wrestling, &c.
