Tenders to be addressed to the Chairman of the Harbor Improvement Commission, and to be marked on the outside “ Tender for Survey.” The Commissioners do not bind themselves to accept the lowest tender. INTENDING EXHIBITORS arc hereby informed that Mr. JOHN FAICHNEY is appointed Agent to receive all articles for exhibition. A room is set apart for their reception in the Government buildings. Mr. Faichney will attend to packing, &c., and will proceed to Dnnedin in December, in charge of the various objects for exhibition, and will superintend their arrangement in the Building and re-transmission to Napier. The Ist December is the latest date for receiving exhibits at the Government Buildings. Communications to be addressed to “ Mr. John Faichney, Government Buildings,” who will during hours of business be as much as possible in attendance there; in his absence the Chairman will be happy to confer with Exhibitors.
