I DONALD M’LEAN, Superintendent of the <) Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that, in pursuance of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled “ The Tikokino Reserve Act, 1863,” the Commissioner of Crown Lands will, at Noon on FRIDAY, the 7th day of October now next, disposed of by Public Auction all those parcels of land forming portion of the agricultural reserve site in the Township of Hampden, in the said Province, as the same are described in the Schedule hereto annexed, at the upset price of £1 per acre : and, further, that all such lots as shall remain unsold at the said sale, will remain open for selection and purchase at the said upset price.
