IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting i-t of the Creditors of Samuel Proctor and John Rigby of Pohui in the Province of Hawke’s Bay Sawyers is appointed to bo held at the Meanea Hotel on MONDAY the 15th day of August 1864 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon when the said Samuel Proctor and John Rigby will be prepared to lay before them a statement of their liabilities and assets for the inspection of such creditors.
