ALL persons resident in the southern portion of the district comprised in No. 7 Company, liable to serve in the Militia, and who have not enrolled themselves at Waipukurau, will parade on THURSDAY, the 23rd iust., at Forangahau, near Lamb’s accommodation house, at noon. Ballarat, also from Auckland, had not made their appearance up to the hour of our going to press this morning. The [ long-expected Rangoon, too, has not put in her appearance.
