THE WAR IN DENMARK. Hamburg-, February 25. According to an announcement of the Danish Consul-General in this city, Holstein and Schleswig ships carrying the Danish flag.and Danish papers and signals will retain the rights of Danish ships. Dehnarre, states, “That France, in spite of her sympathy for Denmark, ought not to hesitate in recognising the wishes of the German populations of Holstein and Schleswig to be incorporated with the German nation.” The Pat rie continues;— “Our policy on the Elbe ought not to bo different to that wo have on the Vistula and the Mincio. Should Germany’ obtain this satisfaction, the other Danish provinces would bo united to Sweden, for the purpose of guarding the entrance to the Baltic. “ The principle of nationalities being thus established, Germany would have no reason not to apply it to Poland and Italy.”
