PROCLAMATION. By Donald M2 Lean, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand. I DONALD M’LEAN, Superintendent of the 5 Province of Hawke’s Bay, Do hereby Proclaim and Notify that the Lands described in the annexed Schedule will be open for public selection under the Regulations of the 4th day of March, 1853, and the additional Land Regulations of the I.sth February, 1855, at the Land Office, Napier, on and after TUESDAY, the 15th day of March, 1864. Dated this first day of February, in the year of our Lord One thousand, eight hundred and sixty-four. DONALD M’LEAN, Superintendent. SCHEDULE. Area — 27s acres at Pourerere, in the Hapuku Block. Bounded towards the North by T. H. Northwood’s freehold and the Pourerere stream; towards the East by the Pourerere Stream and a Government Reserve ; towards the South by a Government Reserve and the Freehold of T. H. Northwood, including a block of 84 acres—the homestead of T. H. North wood. N.B.—The value of the improvoufents on theland occupied by Mr. Northwood to be added to the upset price on the day of selection. PROCLAMATION. I DONALD M’LEAN, Superintendent of the 9 Province of Hawke’s Bay, Do hereby Proclaim and Notify that at Noon on TUESDAY, the 15th day of March next, the Commissioner of Crown Lands will offer to Public competition under the provisions of the Land Regulations now in force in this Province, —Section in Reserve in the North Porangahau Block, as described in the Schedule hereunto annexed, and at the upset price of Ten Shillings per acre. Dated at Napier, this Ist day of February, in the year of our Lord, One thousand, eight hundred and sixty-four. DONALD M’LEAN, Superintendent. SCHEDULE.
