I DONALD M’LEAN, Superintendent of the 5 Province of Hawke’s Bay, Do hereby Proclaim and Notify that the Lauds described in the annexed Schedule will be open for public selection under the Regulations of the 4th day of March, 1853, and the additional Land Regulations of the 15th February, 1855, at the Land Office, Napier, on and after TUESDAY, the 15th day of Maech, 1864. Area —27s acres at Pottrerere, in the Hapuku Block' Bounded towards the North by T. H. Northwood, including a block of 84 acres—the homestead of T. H. Northwood. N.B.—The value of theimprovementsontholand occupied by Mr. Northwood to be added to the upset price on the day of selection.
