Do hereby Proclaim and appoint that the Provincial Council of Hawke’s Bay shall meet for the despatch of business at the Council Chamber, at Napier on Monday the Eighteenth day of January next at 3 o’clock p.m. Dated at Napier this 14th day of December, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and sixty-three.
