Mode off Long Look-out, on the Northern side of Sauk's Peninsula, Middle Island., New Zealand. The barque Catherine, from Hobart Town, when about three-quarters of a mile from the Long Look-out, struck on a sunken reef, injuring the gudgeons of her rudder so as to disable her.
