AUCKLAND LIVE STOCK MARKET. Mr. BucklamVs Report for the week ending Noveniber 20. There was a very limited supply of horse stock brought forward on Saturday last, and those of middling quality. The greater number of the horses changed owners. Prices were without alteration. 19 were sold. At the Triangle on Tuesday there was a fair muster of Stock, and a good attendance. Those forward were principally grown cattle, many of them in good condition. Prices were without alteration from previous week. Merino wethers, ex Zillah, brought 275. each. 141 head of cattle, and 171 sheep were sold. At Newmarket, on Thurday, there was a full supply of fat cattle and a fair market of store cattle. Uoarse fat cattle sold lower, best quality were in better demand than previous week. Store cattle barely maintained Tuesday’s prices. The fat sheep pens were fairly supplied. There is a good enquiry, and prices were higher, best lambs bringing from 265. to 335. each; half-bred wethers 425. 6d. each ; merino wethers, 325. to 345. each ’■ a pen of merino ewes in their wool, were withdrawn at 225. each. 205 head of cattle and 274 sheep were sold.

SlyaJc and Hunter's report for the week ending November 20. • Houses. —The supply was small, but the quality of such as rather bettor than usual; several saddle and light draught changed owners, at prices varying from £l4 to £33 10s. Fat Cattle. —The supply was plentiful, and the quality very good. Prices continue as high as previous quotations. We sold Bullocks at £l2 10s. to £l7 ; Cows, £l3 los. to £l6 12s. 6d., and Calves at £2 19s. Fat Sheep.—Were scarce: but we sold a lot of real good Ewes and Wethers at 40s. to 445. Dairy and Stoke Cattle. —The market was very fairly supplied with Dairy Cows, for which satisfactory prices were obtained. We quote Cows in full milk at £ll to £ls 10s.; Store Cattle came freely forward, and met a good demand, realizing high prices, we sold Cows at £7 17s. 6d. to £lO 7s. Gd. ; Bullocks, at £lO 7s. 6d. to £l2 10s. Store Sheep.—None in the market. Pigs,—Only one was sold, at 60s. 6d.
