General Cameron has been made one of the executors of the will of the late Lord Clyde. The Cost of the Himalaya. —The original cost of the Himalaya to the P. and 0. Company was £140,000 and after twelve months service, in which she earned large profits for that company she was sold to H. M. Government for £124,000. A New Paper, called the New Zealand Herald, has appeared, and gives fair promises of success.
