(From the Provincial Government Gazette.) WANTED, A MASTER for Clive School to be under the control of the Superintendent of Hawke’s Bay as laid down in the Education Act of the Province. Testimonials as to fitness for the situation and general character of applicants to be forwarded to the undersigned, on or before the Ist November next, who will give all information as to duties and salary on application. T JOHN DAVIS ORMOND, Esq., Deputy -*-9 Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay aforesaid, Do hereby Proclaim and notify that the Land described in the annexed Schedule is reserved from Public Sale for the purpose of small farm settlements under the Additional Laud Regulations of the Province of Wellington of the 15th February, 1855, from the day of the date hereof. Dated this Fifth day of October, in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty-three. J. D. ORMOND, Deputy Superintendent. SCHEDULE. Province of Hawke's Bay. Tautane block. Estimated Area about 7,500 acres. Commencing at that part of the Wainui Stream, where the same enters the Tautane Bush ; West of the purchases made by Messrs. Bell and Herbert under Applications Nos. 1305 and 1374; thence following the said stream of the Wainui; Westerly for a distance of 5 miles, and comprising all the land within 80 chains of the Right and Left banks of the aforesaid Wainui Stream, respectively.
