STAR HOTEL. rpKE Proprietor of this Establishment having succeeded in purchasing a first-class Thurston’s Billiard Table, proposes , should sufficient inducement offer, opening a ‘Subscription Room.’ Persons interested in this matter are requested to make early application, the terms of subscription to be £2 2s. entrance the first year. As soon as twenty applicants have sent in their names, a Committee will bo formed to draw up a set of Rules. As this has long been felt to be a want in Napier, it is hoped that lovers of this beautiful game will not neglect the opportunity now offered.
