Including freehold property, the right of run extends over upwards of 10,000 acres. 2,000 sheep, 40 head of cattle, and 4 horses will bo sold with the run. As this property will be disposed of at a very moderate price, it presents an usually good opportunity for any enterprising persons of moderate means wishing to commence sheep farming.
