The names of Persons whose Christian Names or Places of Abode, or the Nature of whose Qualifications shall bo wholly omitted, where by law required to bo specified in the List, or whose Places of Abode, or tho nature or description of whoso Qualifications are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expunged ; unless tho matter so omitted or insufficiently described, be supplied to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer, before he shall have completed the Revision of such List of Voters.
