NAPIER ELECTORAL DISTRICTNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Court will be held for Revising tho List of Voters fur the District of Napier, at tho Council Chamber, Napier,-on TUESDAY, the 14th day of July, 1863, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at which— The claims of Persons objected to will bo determined. Tho names of Persons proved to ho dead will he expunged. The names of Persons whose Christian Names or Places of Abode, or the Nature of whose Qualifications shall bo wholly omitted, where by law required to bo specified in the List, or whose Places of Abode, or tho nature or description of whoso Qualifications are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expunged ; unless tho matter so omitted or insufficiently described, be supplied to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer, before he shall have completed the Revision of such List of Voters.
