BY virtue of the Powers, vested in mo by “The Supreme Court Amendment Act, 1862,” I hereby fix and appoint a Minor Jury Sittings under the provisions of the said Act, to bo held at the Court House at Napier, within the Middle District of New Zealand, on Thursday, the sixth day of August next, at ten o’clock of the forenoon. ALEXANDER J. JOHNSTON, Judge of the Supreme Court to whom has been assigned the Judicial fMiddle | District of New Zealand. 2nd June, 1863, LARGER CABINET-MAKER, HAS removed to those centrally situated Premises, Hastings-street, lately occupied by Mr. B. D. Danvers as an Auction Mart.
