NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS. THE HAWKE’S BAY TIMES is published every Monday and Fbiday, and in order to secure for it an extensive circulation, no exertion will be spared to effect this desideratum. It will contain the latest Commercial, Shipping, Local, and General News, the state of the Markets, and other intelligence. Advertisers will, therefore, find the Hawke’s <Bay Times a desirable medium for making their wants known to the public, and the commercial portion of the community will find it advantageous in giving notice of Merchandise, Produce, Stock, &c., for sale. The Terms of Advertising in the Hawke’s Bay Times are—Threepence per lino for the first insertion, and for each subsecutive one, half price. Advertisements should bo left at the office not ater than twelve o’clock on Thursdays for pubication the following day, and on Saturdays for he Monday’s issue, and should contain the number of times they arc intended to be inserted, and also whether they are to appear twice or once a week only. Advertisements not containing this notification will bo continued and charged for until countermanded. Orders for the withdrawal of advertisements should bo sent not later than Wednesday and Friday to ensure attention in the next publications. Terms of Subscription : —Twelve shillings and sixpence per half year, payable in advance ; single copy, sixpence. Intending Subscribers should leave tueir names at the Office, Hastings-strect, in order to ensure copies being delivered. Masters of Vessels may obtain copies of the Hawke’s Bay Times gratis on application to Mr. Denholm, Spit.

THE UNDERSIGNED having purchased Mr Robert Curtis’s Run at Mohaka, begs to intimate to those parties who have sheep depasturing on the said Run on thirds that delivery will be given to them, according to Mr. Curtis’ returns, till the 20th of March next, if required. After that date, if not applied for, it will be presumed that they are intended to remain on the said Station on thirds, and the greatest, care will be taken of them, but under no responsibility whatever for losses or accident that may happen.
