ARRIVED. February I —Sea Serpent, brigantine, 90 tons, A. Blair, from the coast, to load wool at Clifton (Mr. Gordon’s station). February s— Constance , barque, tons, Reid, from London, via Wellington, with original cargo, and sundries.—Stuart, & Co., agents. SAILED. February 3 —Sea Serpent, brigantine, 90 tons, A. Blair, for Wellington via the coast. Passengers,—Mrs. Austen and 2 children, Mrs. Huneyman, Miss Huneyman.—W. Lechner, agent. The barque Constance, Captain Reid, left Wellington on Sunday last, and experienced light head winds nearly all the way. She was sighted early yesterday morning, and came to an anchorage about half past 4 p.m. yesterday. The English Mail had not arrived in Wellington when she left, and was not expected before the 10th. We learn that see is likely to come inside and take the berth of the Arabella, to load wool. The schooner J?zcelsior is expected to sail this day with a full cargo of sheep for Auckland. We have heard that the barque City ,of Melbourne is likely to be taken up for the conveyance of stock to the South.
