It appears that upon coming into the tideway whilst in slays, the wind lulled suddenly, and she got too ranch way on her to prevent her touching tlm bank. She was got off and brought into the Iron Pot last evening. ILM.S.S. Orpheus, 21 guns, bearing the broad pennant of Commodore Burnell, al.-o Tdi 15 guns, Captain R.
