The Dead Lock.—Our information about'this most important matter is very meagre. We are briefly informed that His His Honor Mr. Justice Johnston has announced his intention of giving his decision on the Upper Wairaii election case on the 10th or loth instant when he has; heard the other cases argued.— Press', Dec 5. Relics of the Wairaii Massacre.—We are informed that yestcday a person employed by Mr. Smith, of the Tua Marina Hotel, when digging up some land near the Tua Marina Bridge, on the west side of the river, found two bayonets and two bullets ; and also a bone, supposed to have been a log bone of a man.— Press, Kov. 28.
