PARTIES tendering for any of the abovementioned articles must specify in their tenders the names of their sureties, who will be bound conjointly in a bond for a regular supply of the article or articles they may engage to furnish. It shall bo distinctly understood that in all cases the articles arc to be of the best description ; and should any bad or faulty articles be furnished by the contractor, no payment will be made for the same, and they will have to take them back at their own expense, and supply a good article in their place ; failing which, the Provincial Government may order them to be procured at the expense of the contractor wherever they can be obtained.
