DISTRICT COURT. Wednesday, Ist October. Jlansford v. Grindell. The venue is this action was removed from Auckland to recover from the defendent, Clerk of the District Court at Napier, certain fees amounting to £25 25., paid by the plaintiff, Clerk of the Auckland Court. An application was made on the part of the plaintiff for an adjournment until January, but it was refused, the affidavit rot disclosing sufficient grounds. A nonsuit was entered with costs.
