Tiie Distress in Lancashire.— We notice, in looking over the colonial journals, that in most of the other provinces contributions are being made to the fund for the relief of the distressed Lancashire operatives. Hawke’s Bay will surely not he behindhand in giving its mite towards so charitable a purpose.
