The Mill and Yard, having frontage of 74 feet to Battery Road by a depth of 86 feet, with available water frontage to the harbour, will comprise Lot No. 1. This very valuable Allotment has a frontage to Shakcspcarc-road, by a depth of 21 chains. The Cottage is in good order, and a site for a large building has been prepared at considerable expense. This Property, situated on the main Thoroughfare, in the most improving locality in the Town, close to the Union Bank, deserves the attention of any person desiring a good business stand in this Town. TO BE SOLD by Public Auction, after the sale of the STEAM MILL, at 12 o'clock on the 30 th October next, — THE UNEXPIRED TERM of eleven years of the lease of The Shakspeare Bakery Situated on Town Section No. 454, Napier, subject to a ground rent of T2O per annum. The Bakehouse comprises a large Brick oven, with Iron fittings and utensils, all in good order; and is fronted by a Baker’s shop, with requisite shelves and fittings. There is also a small dwelling house, with a stable adjoining—the whole securely fenced and subdivided to form a garden. There is an excellent and unfailing well of fine water. The property is fit for immediate occupation, without any outlay, for carrying on the BAKERY TRADE on an excellent site for the business, close to the Napier Steam Flour Mill.
