TAKE NOTICE that by a Deed of assignment dated this sixth day of August, 1862, and made between Robert Thompson, of Napier, in the Province of Hawke’s Bay, and Colony of New Zealand, settler, of the first part, and Boswell Dan by Danvers, of the same place, of the second part ; and the several persons whose names were thereunto subscribed, creditors of the said Robert Thompson, of the third part ; all the Real and personal Estate and Effects of him, the said Robert Thompson were conveyed and assigned unto the said Boswell Danby Danvers, their heirs, executors, .administrators, and assigns, for the benefit of all such of the Creditors who should sign the above Deed within the space of three calendar months from the date thereof. And take further notice that the said Deed is now lying for execution at the office of Mr. Brooke Taylor, solicitor, Shakspeare-road, Napier, for the execution thereof by such of the Creditors who are desirous of signing the same.
