The lender to state the amount of penalty recoverable for genera! non-performance of contract; a penalty of £IOO per diem will bo required for delay in departure after the time fixed on each, voyage, and an additional penalty of £3OO for failure, after such delay, in delivering the homeward Mail in Melbourne prior to the departure of the European Mail Contia:t Boat from tho Port. The tenders may state (he sum for which (ho whole or any portion of the foremen!ioned Services will be undertaken.
