J. Curling, Ksq., Judge.J The usual sittings of this court were held yesterday. The following wore the only cases— July IG. Gardner v. Barry. A claim of £l9 19s. for work performed and money paid. Judgment ex parte for £54 6s. including costs. Stuart, Kinross, A Co., x. Macarthy. A claim of £49 Gs. 9d., balance of account for goods sold, and cash advanced. Judgment ex parte for £SO 11s. 7d., including costs. Stuart, Kinross, A Co., v. M’Kenzie. A claim of £l7 IGs. Bd., being the amount of two bills of exchange, less £lO received, accepted by defendant, and endorsed to plaintiff. Withdrawn.
