JIXNE 27. M'Carihy v. M’Nalty. Defendant was charged with abusive language, tending to provoke a breach of the peace. Case dismissed.
D’Orsey v. Jeffares. This was a case of assault. Dismissed. July 1. P. M’Sweeney was find ss. and costs, for furious riding. July. 3. Charles Coleridge was fined ss. for drunkenness. July 4. Yates v. Stuart. A claim for 13s. 4d, Settled out of court. Jatnes Lewis and Joseph Von Pein were fined ss. each for drunkenness. July 5. John Morton was charged with stealing a pair of boots, the property of John Curling, Esq. In consequence of insufficient proof of the ownership, the case was dismissed. Smith v. Harvey. Application for sureties of the peace. Refused. July 7. Owen O’Brien was fined jgl for drunkenness. Heremaia, a native, was charged with stealing a Crimean shirt, the property of Mr. Tuke. The prosecutor did not appear, and the prisoner was discharged. July 8. John M’Bride was fined ss. for drunkenness. Tatum v. Farmer. A claim of 19s for goods sold. Judgment by default for the whole amount and costs Wood v. Pilcher. A claim of £2 18s. for goods supplied. Settled out of Court. Wood v. Rahone. A claim of <£l 15s. 6d. for goods. Judgment confessed for the whole amount, and costs 75., to be paid by weekly instalments o f ss.
