Od. paid, the said George Andrew Oliver and Frederick Francis Ormond, have absolutely bargained and sold to the said Algernon Gray Tollemache, his executors, administrators, and assigns, all the Sheep, Cattle, Horses, Pigs, Poultry, Carts, Harrows, Ploughs, and Harness, and Station requisites heretofore the property of the said George Andrew Oliver and Frederick Francis Ormond, the execution of which Deed by the sa’d George Andrew Oliver and Frederick Francis Ormond was witnessed by Robert Hart, of Wellington, Solicitor, and Edward Stafford, his clerk.
