(Before J. Curling, Esq, R.M.J Fjriday, 13th June. Thomas Masterson was fined for beino - drunk in the streets the preceding day. ° Boy'an v. Farmer. The plaintiff made a claim of AlO. Settled out of Court. Hamlin v. Woods. This was a claim for an account of ,£T4 6s. 9,d. Judgment confessed. Costs, 21s. Monday, IGthJune. William M'Donald was charged with having been drunk the day previous. Fined ss. Tuesday, June 17, William Hill, Brooke Taylor , and Thomas * Jeffares were severally fined for a breach of the Wellington Impounding Ordinance. H. Marshall v. J. Jackson. Plaintiff sought to recover the amount of £4 ss. for horse hire. Judgment for nlairtiff. Costs 7s. 1

Edward Murphy was charged with stealing certain timber, the property of Edward Barry The prisoner, who brought forward a witness , to prove his having bought the timber in question, was discharged. Wednesday, June 18th. William McDonald was fined 10s. lor being drunk on the 17th.
