Mr. Danvers reports that, at his Sale at Clive on Monday last, there was hut a small attendance, things realized but low prices. The house and Garden joining the Bridge at Clive were sold for £25. For these there was no competition. A twoacre paddock passed the hammer at £7. These two properties are held upon sufferance from the Government, no title being given for tho land. The bay horse fetched £2l. Brood marc, (broken leg) £l6, 2 yr. old colt, out of mare, £2O 10s. (a very fine animal) ; a Boan gelding £2 10s. Harness and some goods realized full prices, and sows heavy in pig averaged £2.
