"VTOTICE is hereby given to those who have Xt left the Army or Navy prior to the !!th day of June, 1858’ and who may be entitled to select land free of cost, under the above Act, that Die limitation of six months granted by clause HI therein, and during which only such applications are to bo made, expires on the Gth day of March next; and that after that date they will be disqualified from the benefits of the Act. It is also further notified that all applications by parties who have loft the Army or Navy since the Clh day of June, ISSS, must be made “ within twelve calender months next after such retirement or discharge or if any such Application should bo simultaneous with another of a cash purchaser, file land will be put up to auction under the Waste Lands Act, 1858, Sub-scction 3, of Section I.
