Attempted Murder op Dr. Neel, 65tii Eegt. —A mounted orderly arrived at the Bri gads ofnee yesterday, at about half-past one o’clock p.m., and announced that Dr. Neil, 65th Eegt., had been attacked and stabbed by two of Captain Mercer’s troop of the Eoyal Artillery.
