On Feidat last, at the sale held by Mr. Danvers, there was a good attendance, but little business ■was done in horseflesh. The land claimed greater attention, soms lots causing great competition, and spirited bidding, especially No. 14, Town of Havelock, which realized £3O 45., and 42 acres suburban of Havelock, which realised £3 los. acre ; Town Sections on the Ts Mata road realized £9 Bs. to £lO ; and Town land Hadley £1 Is. to £1 4s.
