No horse to he entered for any of the above races (but the Maori race) except by a subscriber of at least 2 guineas to the Race Fund. 2. The second horse to save his stakes in any race where three or more horses start. 3. The saddling bell for the Maiden Stakes will ring at a quarter to twelve, and the horses will start at twelve precisely. 4. Entries, stating the names and ages of the horses, and the colors of the riders, and'enclosing the amount of the entrance fee, to be delivered to the Secretary, at the Tavistock Hotel, Waipukurau, between the hours of 7 and 9 p.m., on the 19th of February. 5. Applications will be received by the Stewards from persons wishing to erect refreshment booths on the Race Course. The fee wiil be 3 guineas. .
