I \v^ A -? VEKS re F or *s the attendance at his sale on Friday at ilr. ilium’s Royal Hotel, to have been very good, and the buyers numerous. The horses were the first offered or which the assortment was excellent, especially the draught horses, some very superior animals realizing from to £ll each. Good useful saddle horses were sold at from £l3 to £l9 10s. Some good mares, with foals, were withdrawn. A variety of goods and merchandise was sold at very fair prices. After the sale of the above, the land was offered ;—|-acre sections in rear of the Royal hotel were sold at from £6 10s. to £25 10s.; one i-acre section opposite the Canteen fetched £22; and an acre in Chaueerroad was knocked down at £3llos. Town sections of H avolock were parted with at £2O 10s.
