Sir, — Will Mr. Triphook kindly inform the electors of Napier whether, in the event of his election to the Council, he is prepared to aid us in quashing the obnoxious canal scheme, piling the harbor right across to Battery Point, and giving us a good level road from the Western end of the town to the centre of business on the Spit, so as to many beside One who would like to know.
