NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the despatch of Civil and Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court-house, in the Provinc al Government Buildings, Napier, on Tuesday, the Sth day of October next, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, pursuant to proclamation: at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances. Prosecutors, Witnesses, or Defendants, are required to give their attendance. The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Wednesday-, the 2nd day of October, at 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.
